By accessing or using the Him Ride Taxi website (himridetaxi.com) or booking any of our taxi or tour services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Him Ride Taxi.

2. Services

Him Ride Taxi provides taxi transportation and guided tour packages across Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, and Punjab. Our services include one-way transfers, round trips, and multi-day tour packages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Him Ride Taxi
• A booking is confirmed only after you receive a written or verbal confirmation from us
• You must provide accurate pickup/drop details, travel dates, and passenger information
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion
• Prices quoted are subject to change until a booking is confirmed

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 72+ hours before departure: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

• Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not carry prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during travel
• Wear seatbelts at all times where available
• Not request drivers to violate traffic laws or safety regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

Him Ride Taxi shall not be liable for any delays, route changes, or service interruptions caused by weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during transit.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, road blockages, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide an alternative arrangement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Him Ride Taxi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the website
